!!. Kimberly was absolutely fantastic. This was a situation where unfortunately due to business reasons we the owners had move out of Dallas before the house got sold. Kimberly put herself in the driving seat and literally took the reins in her hands. She single-handedly oversaw the cleaning, handy-man repairs, Swimming pool repairs and the outside (Gardening) repairs herself and got the house ready for inspection and the sale. 3 cheers to Kimberly !!!. Kimberly was extremely helpful throughout the entire selling process from identifying and prioritizing what needed to be fixed, finding vendors to help, meeting with contractors when I was unable, determining pricing, preparing the home for viewing, working with the HOA, understanding the overall selling process, anticipating responses from buyers, and closing the deal. It was a challenging situation since it was my parents’ home that I was trying to sell from over 1000 miles away. Kimberly’s help was invaluable, since I was not there to monitor progress of fixes or provide some of the information that was needed, since my elderly parents were not able to help and eventually moved before the house was put on the market. When the buyer had concerns with specific points related to the house, Kimberly was able to find independent experts who could alleviate any concerns or could validate any issues.
