RE/MAX DFW Associates has been serving the DFW Metroplex for over 29 years and was founded in 1983 by broker Mark Wolfe, the 2004 President of the Greater Dallas Association of REALTORS®, and his wife Kay. The Wolfe's started the company with a vision of bringing a resource of experienced and knowledgeable real estate professionals to the DFW Metroplex. By 1986 the one office firm had grown to 23 agents and had its first agent enter the RE/MAX 100% Club for that year, closing $4 million in sales volume, the first of many milestones for RE/MAX DFW Associates. Since that time the company has grown at an exceptional rate and ended 2017 with over 120 agents in the RE/MAX 100% Club, seven offices and over 260 associates company-wide.

Today, the firm is recognized as a real estate leader and has an excellent reputation throughout the Dallas / Ft. Worth area. The key to our success has been our unbridled standard of excellence that our associates have given to their customers and clients. Our focus of being on the leading edge has been proven year after year through our leadership in the real estate community by paving the way in such areas as real estate technological advances, buyer agency, satellite interaction via the RE/MAX Satellite Network, consistent award winning advertising and our charity efforts through the Children's Miracle Network, the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Happy Hill Farm.

Mark Wolfe's over 40 years of experience in business and real estate management have given him and his company the edge needed to stand out in the marketplace. For the last 29 years Mr. Wolfe has structured his firm so every agent has a say in the business of the company by participating in committees, with the ability to vote on changes and advancements for the firm. He provides professional guidance in the form of office managers in all seven facilities.

An integral part of the team has been the addition of the company's Sales Manager, Steve Allcorn. Mr. Allcorn notes, "One of the keys to our superior service, the cornerstone of the brokerage's reputation, is knowledgeable and educated associates. Together our management and administrative team provide an outstanding resource and exceptionally professional environment for our agents to grow and excel."

Each month we offer agents the ability to participate in print ads in local publications that cover the total Metroplex as well as Internet leads generated by our heavily used website averaging over 3 million hits each month and the innovative new RE/MAX.com website bringing buyers and sellers together from all over the globe. In addition, we offer our associates an in-house graphic design service to assist them in the creation of self promotion materials. It is our goal to provide agents with the most effective means to market themselves and their properties successfully and economically to their sphere of influence in a variety of venues.

Our founder feels this is only the beginning for the success of RE/MAX DFW Associates. He has a very optimistic outlook and is directing the next steps of the company towards an even greater level of success and commitment to the community.
